Our Disney Dream cruise final two days (of 4).
At Castaway Cay, we met a wealth of characters, including Jack Sparrow, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy! Dining at the BBQ place near Serenity Bay was a treat, with ribeye, bratwurst and chicken.
Jeff went snorkeling on the family beach and found not only the 20K submarine and Mickey Mouse statue (both he'd seen before), but a Minnie statue that appeared to be newer.
Jeff also swam out to Pelican Plunge to try out the two slides. This area was built in 2010, and drops riders into the ocean!
We enjoyed Pirate Night that night on the Disney Dream, with the Buccaneer Blast fireworks putting the final flourish on the evening! We met Mickey, Goofy, and Captain Hook with Mr. Smee in their pirate finest. We didn't realize that there was a buffet that night, we stopped by for a snack - save room for something here during your cruise!
On our final day (our one day "at sea"), we enjoyed the Remy Champagne Brunch. The dining room is gorgeous, and the food is french inspired. We take a detailed look at the restaurant and food.
Goofy and Max made one appearance during our cruise, and there was quite a line for them!
We stop by an "Anyone Can Cook seminar to learn about making lobster ravioli. Free sample portions and a glass of wine are provided at this free event. We then take a quick look at the AquaDuck before enjoying the "See Ya' Real Soon Show" that evening.
No longer on the cruise, we went to the Magic Kingdom, where a wall has come down at the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Lush waterfalls, large rocks and a nice drop are seen from this angle.
